My name is Javier Bernabeu Juan. I went to school in Colegio Nuestra Señora del Recuerdo, one of the jesuit schools in Madrid. There I received a very good academic education and I learnt the values of jesuit education, which in big part have made me who I am today.

After completing my Naval Engineering studies in Madrid and working for one year in the sector, I decided to become a teacher.

I did my teaching masters in Universidad Pontificia de Comillas in Madrid also, where I learnt some of the most innovative teaching methodologies and became passionate about the teaching-learning experience.

I have professional experience teaching Mathematics and Science subjects in a secondary school in Kenya, where I spent two years as a volunteer teaching in a slum in Nairobi.

I also have one year of experience preparing students in Madrid for the American SAT examination.

My experience working in the naval engineering sector has made me organized, hard working and accurate, values that I try to fill my classes with.

I am a passionate teacher that believes in a flexible, adaptive and inclusive education with the student in the center and a better world in the horizon.
